4computerfix is now providing computer maintenance over the internet using Logmein software which provides reliable and secure connection to your computer.

  1. 1.Go to www.logmein.com to sign up for a FREE account and follow the instructions on their website how to download and install the FREE Logmein-software. Make a note of your signing in email address, password and also computer access code unless you have already a password to login into your computer user account.

  2. 2.Return to here and buy the Global Maintenance Service through secure Paypal connection by clicking “Buy Now”-button. Complete the transaction.

  3. 3.Email me with the information in step one including your name and contact number requesting a time and date slot from 4computerfix to carry out the work for you. Once agreed and payment has cleared the work commences.

  4. 4.Sit back, relax and let us do all the work for you!




How much will it cost?

Maintenance costs £50 per computer and is a one-off service for one-off payment.


What kind of service?

Maintenance service includes virus, adware, spyware and malware removals, disk cleanup, defragmentation, updates to your operating system, recommendations for backup, RAM memory upgrades and future maintenance needs.


Peace of mind

This is an easy way for you to have your computer tweaked up whilst you concentrate on other things like cooking, taking care of your family, business or infant needs. The whole process is secure, reliable and confidential.

If for any reason we cannot carry out the work your payment will be refunded in full.


How long will it take?

Maintenance can take a long time from couple of hours up to 24 hours depending on your system RAM and the speed of your internet service.

The computer needs to be connected to the internet throughout via a working internet connection and will require several restarts of the computer.


How do I know when maintenance is finished?

You will be notified on the screen of your computer or via email of a successful completion of the maintenance service.


Supported languages and Operating systems

We currently only support operating systems in Finnish or English language. Macintosh, Windows XP and Vista.
